After browsing through their web pages and chatting with their representatives via online chat, we thought this tour operator was good. The price isn't cheap, but it's not our desire to save a few dollars and get a bad trip. So we took the risk and decided to book an afternoon safari from this operator.
Our transaction was transferred via Adventure Tour's online chat. We shared our contact details, greeted our schedule and asked for a pickup from the hotel. There are only a few places to go for cheap tours and a bus connection to the safari area. Picking up from the hotel is more convenient and actually doesn't vary much with the price, so we definitely recommend you to choose this option.

They didn't send us new confirmation vouchers, but they said everything was fine. Well, finally we had no problems with the booking, so they fixed the wrong details. We want to improve communication a little bit after those changes.
